  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Marketing Management – Advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Import/Export Procedures & Incoterms
  • Computer Literate – MS Office & Cargowise
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in a Sales Management / New Business Development position within the Clearing & Forwarding Industry
  • Minimum 5 years’ Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding & Clearing




  • Work jointly with operations, offices, partners and affiliates to grow and retain client base
  • The development of customers, to build long term relationships and ensure new customers are trading to their full potential in all areas
  • Customer relationship management – establish appropriate relationships and communication with relevant functional areas to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention.
  • Generation of quality leads and expanding new business reach
