MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industrial Engineering Diploma
  • IATF 16949:2016 Standard and Auditing Certificate
  • VDA 6.3 1st/2nd party auditor Certificate
  • Core Tools Certification e.g. APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plans
  • Calibration/MSA Studies
  • Computer literacy at intermediate level – MS Projects/MS Word/Excel/ Outlook
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in the Quality department and Engineering department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Planning and organising
  • Communication at all levels
  • Computer literacy, MS Office
  • Knowledgeable and can interpret technical drawings (X/Y/Z) co-ordinates as per customer engineering drawings
  • ISO14001

  • MS Projects
  • Advanced APQP/PPAP techniques
  • Read technical drawings/Cad Data
  • 3D Design and development of measurement programs
  • Run at Rate Studies techniques
  • Acceptance and sign-off of production cells/Checking fixtures
  • Advanced PFMEA/Control Plans
  • Statistical/Capability process control studies
  • Calibration/MSA studies
  • Complex Problem Solving techniques
